Hospitality Director.

At Galilee Bible Camp, hospitality is more than clean rooms and prepared spaces — it is a ministry. We believe that when guests arrive, they should immediately sense the love of Christ through the care, warmth, and service they receive. The Hospitality Director plays a key role in this mission by helping create an environment where campers, retreat groups, and visitors can feel welcomed, supported, and free to focus on growing in their relationship with God. This position is ideal for someone with a servant’s heart who is passionate about using their gifts of organization, leadership, and hospitality to support life-changing ministry.

The Hospitality Director is often called the “Ministry of First Impressions.” The way guests are welcomed, housed, and cared for often determines how receptive they are to the spiritual ministry happening at camp.
