Job Description...

Help in the planning of the weekly menu and (typically) helps shop for ingredients prior to the start of camp for that week.

Organizes and delegates tasks for kitchen staff and junior staff thought the preparation, serving, and clean-up of each meal.

Preferably has prior food service or large-group cooking experience.
-
Meals typically serve approximately 60-100 people.
