RESPONSIBLE TO: Facilities Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Shall be a volunteer

​RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Secure a list from the Facilities Manager of housing facilities needed for each GBC scheduled event and each rental group.

• Make sure the housing facilities needed are properly prepared for all GBC sponsored events and rental groups (a manual will be provided).

• Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. When an item gets low, it needs to be put on the list for the Facilities Manager to have replaced.

• Secure, train, and supervise other volunteers to help in the preparation of needed housing facilities.

**It is possible that on special occasions, when the camp has a very full schedule, especially rentals, that there will be a consideration to hire contract labor to help. There needs to be a request made to and approved by the GBC Executive Director.
